Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver, BC. - In celebration of one of the most amazing snow years ever, Grouse Mountain is pleased to offer all guests a complimentary day to ski and ride, this Easter Monday, April 25, 2011. From 9am to 10pm, Grouse Mountain will welcome all guests to experience the very best of winter…in spring!

Grouse Mountain's memorable Spring Free Day will also mark the final day of Y2Play snowpass sales, Vancouver's most anticipated season's pass campaign. "It is fitting that our Y2Play campaign- representing the best value snowpass offering in British Columbia- should wrap up with a complimentary day of downhill access", says Michael Cameron, General Manager. "We are pleased to demonstrate our commitment to winter sports year after year, with a variety of initiatives that draw people to the snow."

On Spring Free Day Grouse Mountain will join forces with company sponsor Whistler Water to raise additional funds to support the Red Cross Japan Relief Fund. Guests are encouraged to support Whistler Water's retail campaign that is already well underway in a variety of locations by assisting with a small donation towards humanitarian aid. The partnership with Grouse Mountain extends Whistler Water's efforts at the retail store level to support the Japan Relief Fund. Guests visiting Grouse Mountain on Monday are encouraged to contribute what they can to the Red Cross effort.

Following Spring Free Day, Grouse Mountain will remain open for skiing and riding until May 1st, from 12-8 daily, once again offering the longest season on Vancouver's North Shore.
