Donation Requests

Grouse Mountain would like to thank you for the opportunity to become involved with your organization. As Grouse Mountain receives thousands of requests for assistance on an annual basis, we cannot provide support for all the requests that are submitted to us. At times, we must decline participation in a great program/event because we have already committed our budget. We wish you much success with your fundraising endeavors. 

guidelines

  • Only requests submitted through our online form will be accepted. We do not accept emailed, faxed, or mailed solicitations 
  • Please allow at least 6 weeks between the date of request and the date of the event 
  • We are only able to support an organization once per calendar year 
  • A previous donation does not guarantee future donation requests will be fulfilled
  • We only provide items for charitable auction events (galas, silent auction, live auctions, online auctions)
  • We do not accept ticket donation requests for personal use or for groups visiting Grouse Mountain
  • We do not support fundraisers that involve third-party fundraising 
  • We do not accept requests for monetary donations or sponsorship 
  • We do not accept ticket requests for groups visiting Grouse Mountain
  • Items donated by Grouse Mountain for charitable auctions are not for resale
