The Grouse Mountain Resort mobile message service (“Service”) is operated by Northland at Grouse, Limited Partnership (“Grouse Mountain,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). Grouse Mountain may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice.

Purpose of the Service
This Service provides operational text alerts related to mountain conditions, gondola operations, weather notices, and Snow School updates. While the Service is primarily used for operational messaging, Grouse Mountain may occasionally send informational or promotional texts that align with guest interests and resort services. All messaging will comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and recipients may opt out at any time.

Consent and Participation
By providing your mobile number through our website, online forms, or text-to-join keywords, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Grouse Mountain Resort at the mobile number you provide.
