A new year has begun and there is no better way to kick-start those 2014 resolutions than with a Grouse Mountain Adult Winter Program.

Whether you’re strapping on skis or a snowboard for the very first time, are looking to refresh your skills or simply improve your fitness while meeting like-minded people in the great outdoors, we’ve got an adult lesson or clinic for you.

Refine your technique and focus on building specific skills in our specialized Adult Programs – with your choice of a co-ed or ladies-only clinic. Our ski and snowboard instructors are the best in the business and will put their expertise to work to help you take your skiing or riding to the next level.

For those feeling adventurous, join our Grouse Mountain Snow School Director along with a team of top instructors for an early bird, exclusive ski/ride experience in our brand-new Director’s Sundays. You’ll get early Skyride access, breakfast and first tracks – the perfect start to a great day on the slopes! Whether you’re looking to fine-tune your skills, get a behind-the-scenes look at the ski industry or meet like-minded people, this program is for those who are passionate about skiing and riding.

If you’re looking to try something new, we highly recommend starting the new year off on the right foot: on snowshoes, that is! Hitting the trails is a fun and unique way to reduce stress, get fit and maybe even lose a pound or two. Grouse Mountain's Beginner Snowshoe Clinics will teach you all about the fastest-growing winter activity, plus introduce you to a variety of health and fitness-related topics that will help you realize your individual goals.

Ladies, gather your girlfriends for our weekly Ladies Snowshoe Clinics, which run on Saturday mornings from January through March. In addition to fun and challenging workouts, you’ll cover a variety of educational topics to help realize your individual goals including proper stretching techniques, sport nutrition, the benefits of cross-training and building a training program that works for you.
