Grinder and Coola have emerged from hibernation! To visit our resident Grizzly bears this weekend, follow the signs on the mountaintop for the best route to the bear habitat. With snow on the mountain, we recommend wearing sturdy, weather-appropriate footwear.
Great news, hikers! The Grouse Grind is officially open. The trail is now open daily from 7:00am - 6:00pm.

A record 804 racers conquered hills and fought against breast cancer Saturday, as part of the 2013 Seek The Peak presented by Columbia. 

Exhibiting mental toughness and stamina, racers endured the challenging and scenic uphill trek, all to raise funds for the BC Cancer Foundation. 

This year’s Seek The Peak winner is Shaun Stephens-Whale with a time of 1:25:38. 

Other winners are: 

Top Relay Team: Capilano Eagles with a time of 1:30:07. 
Top Solo Female: Kim Magnus with a time of 1:37:36.
