Wine lovers - this Friday, July 31st, is a night not to be missed.
Whether you are a wine connoisseur or just looking to expand your wine knowledge, this rare opportunity to share an intimate five-course dinner with Joel Petersen, winemaker for Ravenswood Winery. While perhaps best known for its signature Zinfandel, Ravenswood's portofolio includes single vineyard designate wines, its country series wines and Vinters Blend bottlings. This special evening incorporates wine from different varietals and California growing areas.
Ravenswood Wines will be paired with a menu created by The Observatory's Chef, Dennis Peckham. This is an evening for those who like big flavours, perfectly balanced; taking a cue from the Ravenswood credo of embrace the bold, abhor the bland.
