  • Seek the Peak presented by Columbia – Sunday, June 15th: Seek The Peak is back for the 11th year complete with 16 kilometers of ultimate fitness bragging rights and a challenge guaranteed to leave you breathless. With an awe-inspiring 4100-ft climb, Seek The Peak will test your fitness and overall mental toughness while raising valuable funds for the BC Cancer Foundation’s lifesaving work in the fight against breast cancer.


  • Grind For Kids – This summer make every Grind count. Grind For Kids raises funds for Cardiology at BC Children’s Hospital. Sign up today to begin gathering pledges so that each time you do the Grouse Grind you’re raising valuable funds to support BC’s sick kids. Over the past four years over 20,000 Grouse Grinds have counted towards BC Children’s Hospital Foundation & over $605,000 has been raised. Learn more and sign up today. 

  • ClearlyContacts.ca Grouse Grind Challenge – Sunday, September 7th: This Vancouver classic is the true test of your season's training.
