Starting January 16th, and running until February 3rd, diners can enjoy a 3 course menu for $35 in the award winning Observatory Restaurant. The Observatory Restaurant is nestled atop Grouse Mountain’s Peak Chalet and the food rivals the view.
The Observatory's contemporary BC menu has harnessed the remarkable confluence of local flavours and worldly techniques that give the province its unique character. Chef Dino L. Gazzola is dedicated to sourcing the finest and freshest regional ingredients available, creating memorable dining experiences for the discerning palate. Experience the ultimate in fine dining 3,700 feet above the glimmering lights of Vancouver.
The Observatory is a member of Ocean Wise and Green Table. Open for dinner 7 nights a week from 5 pm - 10 pm, your Grouse Mountain Admission is complimentary with advance dinner reservations and includes admission to the Skyride and mountaintop activities such as ice skating, sleighrides and Grouse Mountain’s Theatre in the Sky.
