We know you all love the Grouse Grind but you don't have to stop your fitness regime now that winter is here. Grouse Mountain is pleased to announce that our great outdoor workout challenge for the winter season, the Snowshoe Grind, is officially back in action.

Hike solo or bring friend and family to tackle the 5.1 kilometre Snowshoe Grind course. Set off from the Peak Chalet and journey to Dam Mountain on this challenging alpine trail, and time yourself using a Snowshoe Grind Timer.  Take a leisurely stroll through the serene alpine wilderness or get your heart pumping as you run along the course at top speed.

Grouse Mountain has translated the intensity and accomplishment of the Grouse Grind into this winter experience and it promises to keep people of all ages fit. The trail was selected so that Grouse Grind times will be similar to Snowshoe Grind times. Please not snow conditions do impact the time required to complete the course.

To access the Snowshoe Grind, a Ski & Snowboard Pass, General Admission or Annual Membership pass is required. The Snowshoe Grind is open in daylight hours seven days a week and snowshoe rentals are available.
