The Seek the Peak Training program will get you ready to rock those race-day hills! Whether you tackle the 16 km challenge solo or as part of a team, the Seek the Peak training program will help you to build cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength & endurance, and provide tips on mental toughness & nutrition. Designed by the experts at Kintec, the sessions are organized by level, so they work for seasoned trail runners and first-time joggers alike. The 10-week training session is open to all Seek the Peak registrants with a $50 donation to the BC Cancer Foundation.
