Grouse Grind to open for the season this weekend

It’s official – the Grouse Grind will open for the season on Saturday, May 27th at 7:00am!
800 metres of elevation, 2,830 steps and 2.5 kilometres await you. Grab your hiking shoes and take on Mother Nature's Stairmaster!
This is a challenging trail - be sure to bring lots of water, wear weather-appropriate clothing, and take breaks along the trail as needed.
Before your visit, don't forget to check current conditions and the status of activities on Today on Grouse.
Please note that the current Metro Vancouver Grouse Mountain Regional Park gate hours are 7:00am to 7:00pm.
