Winter, spring, summer or fall - there's a day of adventure on Grouse Mountain that will inspire your team. 

Our custom team-building events are designed to make a lasting impact. Best of all, we take your team goals and incorporate them into a fun-filled group experience!

Mountain Team Building is the perfect break from the everyday. There are a variety of programs to choose from with several add-ons also available. Our adventures are suitable for groups of 10 to 400 people.

A day in Grouse Mountain’s stunning alpine environment provides access to an array of activities, experiences and adventures. Whether you're looking for a team celebration, want to welcome new team members, enjoying a company anniversary or even looking for a unique Christmas party, there is a program to suit.

Embark on a journey full of stunning locations, hilarious challenges, wild experiences and enduring memories. Complete a series of missions utilizing all of your group’s unique skill sets. Traverse across the mountain to gorgeous locations completing challenges along the way, while building momentum for our high-point finishing challenge.

A unique day of experiential training and development activities, teamwork and leadership exercises in a spectacular outdoor learning environment. At three different activity challenge stations across the Mountain, all participants will learn to increase communication methods and group collaboration, and experience success together in  fun, engaging way.
New aerial ropes course at Grouse Mountain

MOUNTAIN ROPES ADVENTURE™

This course will take your team to new heights! The Mountain Ropes Adventure™ consists of a series of different aerial ropes courses varying in level of difficulty and over 50 diverse elements such as ziplines, bridges, tunnels, slacklines and more. Teammates can cheer each other on and offer advice on the best way to successfully navigate the course.

MOUNTAIN ZIPLINE ADVENTURE

Our dual-line, five-line circuit gives you an adrenaline-pumping tour across the peaks and canyons of Grouse and Dam Mountains. Challenge your team members to a race down the lines and watch your coworkers fly through the sky. This is a great adventurous activity to unite your group and create a new level of team bonding. 

First Nations art experience

45-minute presentation with a 45-minute cedar animal painting experience with a First Nations elder.
