Meeting Area
Please be at the Snow School Meeting Place, located just outside the doors of the Outpost Rental Shop at the top of the mountain, 15 minutes prior to the lesson start time in preparation for meeting the instructor.
What to Wear & Bring
• As Mountain conditions change rapidly, dress in layers and appropriately for the weather. We recommend:
o Warm base layer such as long johns and long-sleeved shirt
o Warm fleece or sweater
o Waterproof winter jacket and snow pants
o Warm socks
o Waterproof gloves or mittens
• We recommend ski googles, a hat and extra socks and gloves. These items are not available to rent.
Rental Information
Please pick up your rental equipment from the Outpost Rental Shop 1-hour BEFORE your lesson start time. When arriving at the Rental Outpost please go straight to the 'Express Rental Pickup' area located on the lower floor of the building. All your equipment is setup prior to your arrival based on your details entered at the time of booking. If you were unable to provide your height, weight and shoe size at the time of booking please confirm these with Guest Services no later than 5-days prior to your first lesson. Failure to provide accurate details could result in lesson delays.
Helmets are strongly recommended. Helmet rentals are available in the Outpost Rental Shop for $8.00 per day or for purchase in Outfitters. Passholders receive a 20% discount in the retail shop.

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Incidents of illness will be treated on a case-by-case basis; however, no refunds will be given. A doctor’s certificate may be requested as proof of illness.
SALES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. ANY LESSON MISSED IS CONSIDERED COMPLETE.
