If you’re a regular Grouse Grinder, you’re already committed to your own heart health. How about stepping up your commitment and raising funds for the new Cardiology unit at BC Children’s Hospital? Now in its fourth year, the Grind For Kids campaign has raised over $450,000 for BC’s sick kids. Grinders sign up and ask friends, family and co-workers to pledge $1 or more for every Grouse Grind they do between now and October.
