Mats will be available first come first serve- we have approx 50. You are also responsible for finding your way up to the top – so either take the tram or do the grind & we’ll see you at the top!

What can students expect from your class? I love to practice asana dynamically. That said, I also honor integration which affects the pace at which asana is performed. Students can expect to move at a steady pace that is not too fast or slow. I work hard to build heat, intensity and move toward an apex to then slowly make my way back down, like a story. I love creative sequencing and usually try to give an authentic well rounded practice to truly give the body a good rinse. My love for yoga philosophy, singing mantra and sanskrit always seems to weave its way into class as well!

What can students expect from your class? I am tremendously grateful to be a yoga teacher. And this is what i hope shines through me and is the essence of classes. I have been told my classes are unique from beginning to end. I love to play beautiful inspiring music. I use lots of props...the wooden dowel is my favourite, i feel props can bring enlightenment and ease to our postures. I emphasize the importance of proper technique, alignment and form, savouring the small sweet details, core awareness and finally, the empowerment of trusting in inner pace and the ability to be right here, right now.
