The Mount Kilimanjaro Grouse Grind for Alzheimer's

Your journey up Grouse Mountain will mirror the challenge our Ascent for Alzheimer’s team is undertaking on Mt. Kilimanjaro. It takes seven trips up the Grouse Grind to equal one ascent of Mt. Kilimanjaro, so you are encouraged to build a team of seven.

Don’t have a team or enough people to fill a team? No problem, individual participants are encouraged to sign up and we can assist in placing you with an established team where you will meet like-minded individuals who want to make a difference!

Each participant sets an individual fundraising target of $600 or more and we provide an online fundraising tool that allows you to share your story and collect donations.
