GRIND10
From July 1st to 15th, take on the challenge of completing 10 Grinds in 15 days. You could win some great prizes, improve your fitness and support BC Children's Hospital Foundation.
Since 2010, close to $1.15 Million dollars have been raised in support of BC Children's Hospital through Grouse Grind Events like GRIND10.
Participants who complete all 10 Grinds will be entered into a draw to win 1 of 20 awesome prize packs from our partners!
