Responsibilities:
- Developing enthusiastically satisfied guests all of the time
- Maintaining quality store operations
- Coaching new hires
- Organizes work throughout store
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Performs and supervises others in cleaning and operational tasks in accordance with the Duty Roster
- Follows and shows others standards for merchandising, stocking, rotation and storing of product
- Assists in store scheduling and adjusts staffing to meet store and business needs
- Contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits
- Assists with accounting and banking responsibilities
- Records and is accountable for store funds while running a shift
- Ensures all cash handling and cash register functions are accurate
- Maintains some accountability for store operations
- Ensures materials, supplies and merchandise are ordered and stock and communicates new product information to the employees
- Acts as a role model and provides training to employees
- Completes and implements Advanced Store Training.
- Successful completion of secondary school;
- Previous experience as a Starbucks Supervisor or Shift Leader preferred
- B.C. Food Safe certificate required.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required;
- Able to work flexible hours, 7 days/week;
