1 Position Available - 32 hours a week Thursday to Sunday, plus Full-time over holidays

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in coordinating the day to day operation of the Ski Wee program 
• Ensuring the safety of guests and staff 
• Providing a stable environment for the instructors/volunteers to complete their assigned tasks 
• Organizing daily class cards, bib and number assignments, rental equipment set up and take down, and caretaking of the building 
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by “Being of Service” and exemplifying the Sure We Can attitude to all guests and staff 
• Providing a level of support to the Snow School employees to ensure that our staff and Guest visits to Grouse Mountain are positive and memorable 
• Ensuring all Grouse Mountain and departmental policies are followed 
• Being courteous, friendly and capable when solving guest and staff related problems

Qualifications: 

• Experience working with children 3 to 6 years of age required 
• One year working with children in an activity/sports based environment required 
• Possess excellent communication and organization skills 
• Friendly, confident, outgoing customer service attitude
