Full and part time seasonal positions available

Responsibilities:

• Promoting and selling all Rental and Retail products 
• Providing guests with information regarding all Grouse Mountain products, activities, events and daily mountain operations schedule 
• Preparing equipment and following all applicable safety protocol 
• Rotating through Cashier, Pre set Technician, Skate Pond, Repair Shop, and Boot Fitting duties. 
• Handling of cash 
• Understanding system procedures created for group pre sets and daily traffic 
• Providing efficient and courteous service when processing rental equipment for guests by email, telephone and in person 
• Working independently using efficient time management skills and problem solving skills to accomplish tasks 
• Maintaining housekeeping standards including the Rental Building, Skate Pond, Repair Shop and other required areas 
• Following pre approved cash handling procedures 
• Completing daily checklist before the end of each shift 
• Computerized data entry

Qualifications: 

• Possess excellent communication, customer service and organization skills 
• Possess premium employee and public relation skills and be of a naturally friendly and co-operative nature 
• Mature, energetic and dependable
