Responsibilities:
- Answering the chalet reception phone; including the taking of and organization of reservations for the Observatory Restaurant
- Maintaining the neat and orderly appearance of the Chalet Reception area; including the fine dining coat check and hostess area
- Greeting and assisting fine dining guests
- Greeting and assisting guests attending functions in the banquet room
- Maintaining the high visual quality of fine dining menus
- Corresponding with the ticket center/guest services regarding the checking in of fine dining guests
- Corresponding and communicating with food and beverage staff in respect to schedule postings and shift cancellations
- Maintaining a high quality, friendly and cooperative relationship with guests and mountain staff
Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-line phone systems is an asset
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent employee and public relation skills, and of a naturally friendly and co-operative nature
