Full time positions, day time hours

Responsibilities: 
  • Working closely with the kitchen to ensure the product quality of each plate’s presentation, appropriate temperature, and correct modifications. 
  • Managing the Food Runners to assist with the assembly of plates for the ordered accompaniments, sauces and appropriate utensils as per each tables; order in accordance with Food Safety standards for prompt delivery. 
  • Providing the only line of communication between kitchen and service teams regarding bill times, product updates, verbal modifications and any additions or corrections to bills. 
  • Executing any tasks to maintain the cleanliness, sanitization and organization of food stations, equipment and general work areas in accordance with Food and Work Safety regulations and Altitudes Bistro guidelines. 
  • Supervising the refrigeration and storage temperatures of food products in accordance with Food Safety regulations.

Qualifications: 

  • Entry level position, no previous experience required, willing to train 
  • Must be personable and friendly and outgoing 
  • Must have excellent customer service skills 
  • Must have an eager willingness to learn 
  • High energy and strong work ethic 
  • Possess good health and safety habits 
  • Food Safe Certificate is an asset
